Duties and Responsibilities

1. 1st contact window between GMG and package technology group.

2. Responsible for new platform or deliberative development project management.

3. Responsible for Project management according to APQP

4. Responsible for communicating with development and manufacturing (Fairchild global)

5. To define all the required resource and its time point for project execution such like line capacity, direct material, indirect material, human resource thru discussion with project team member.

6. To arrange all the required resources in FSSZ, such like line capacity, direct material, indirect material, human resource according to defined resource requirement above.

7. To track and remind team member for their tasks, deliverables, milestones of projects to be done in time with quality so that the project keep on schedule and completed in time successfully .

8. Lead project planning, execution, and control

9. Track team member performance and report to origination manager

10. Control of project budget

11. Responsible for initial buy-off for APQP deliverables to coordinate with production and process engineering.

12. Responsible for all project phase review and secure sign-off from all parties according to APQP.

13. To share and update project progress, risk of delay, constraints, weekly and monthly at designated day with stakeholders, project team, sponsors.

14. To revise project charter according to project scope and requirement changes.



Qualifications



Education: Minimum 4yrs collage or university graduated.
Specialized knowledge: Understand basic assembly and test process, Project management certified or minimum two 2 years project management careers.
Skills: Communication skills, Fluent with written English and speaking. Min level 4 and recommended 6.
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics : Self motivated, independent, open mind to communicate, be willing to take risk
