Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the development and implementation of company's business plan.
2. Be responsible for maximizing shipout revenue, utilization and SAO performance.
3. Conduct demand and supply analysis, work with master planning group on capacity analysis, capa, fulfillment for demand allocation adjustment.
4. Daily operation meeting and opening issues/line concerns follow up
5. WIP follow up/SSD expedite, delivery computation, serve customer pull ins request and inventory management with non conforming materials disposal
6. Load factory based on capacity and constraint, follow up closely on WIP movement and packouts, expedite with manufacturing for Hot lots. Work with related departments to find out quick solution for problematic lots disposition to ensure delivery commitment. Pre-alert SSO/SSD miss lines
7. Work with IE engineer for capacity table update and maintenance in planning system.
8. Participate in NPI project and follow up on the progress to ensure ramp up in alignment with S&OP forecast.
9. Data element maintenance in Psoft and other business system with all PC database update
10. Daily MFG execution follow up and drive KPI with all concerned groups
11. Prepare and maintains performance reports to reflect inventory levels, projected production rates, service performance, product availability, capacity levels, backlog delinquencies, etc..

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or above degree
2. Fluent oral &written English, able to communicate in English without difficulties.
3. Working experience in Planning or IE, Semi-conductor industry background is preferred.
