Duties and Responsibilities

? Assists in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
? Generates Scorecard and P&L reports on a monthly basis
? Generates inventory aging reports and follow up on issues where necessary
? Assists in the preparation of QFF, Standard Cost change, and AOP
? Prepares complete and accurate cost and overhead/capturing for the products.
? Prepares costing and variance analysis
? Conducts PI cycle count at the end of each financial period (monthly/quarterly) and annual PI inventory count
? Executes work in accordance with Company procedures and guidelines, and ensures that data/information generated for reports are timely, relevant, accurate and up to date
? Providing support and cooperation to the key departments within the plant, Product Lines, Business Units and other functional departments across the company
? Performs any other related duties and tasks assigned by the Cost Supervisor from time to time

Qualifications

? Minimum Diploma/Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting or related field
? Minimum 1 year experience in Costing or 2 years experience in other accounting functions
? Entry-level graduates will be considered but must have the right attitude and aptitude, with a good honors degree from a recognized university
? Experience in a MNC environment, particularly pertaining to the semiconductor or related industry will be an added advantage
? In-depth knowledge and understanding of manufacturing accounts and costing would be a definite advantage
? Good computer skills, with practical knowledge of Windows and Windows based applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
? Hands-on knowledge in PeopleSoft would be a plus
? High integrity, with good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good reporting, presentation and analytical skills
? Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines from time to time
? Good working knowledge of English is a must
