职位描述
职位要求：
1.工科背景，汽车行业3年以上相关的供应商管理或质量管理经验；
2.熟悉ISO/TS的质量体系要求，QS五大手册，VDA或FORMEL Q等汽车行业管理标准，对供应商审核程序及要求熟练掌握，具有专业的审核技能；
3.具有相关专业技能，熟悉各种质量统计和控制工具，并有丰富的现场审核和处理问题能力；
4.较强领导力，并能指导供应商做质量改进，培训下属技术管理供应商的能力提高；
管理和沟通协调能力强，原则性和抗压性高，具有良好的团队合作精神。
职位职责：
1. 管理量产SQE团队日常工作，定期召开团队会议，提升成员工作效率及质量；
2. 对每日产线与质量提出的问题点进行汇总与进度的追踪；
3. 厂内重大质量问题和客诉的处理；
4. 对于日常供应商的评价工作进行审核和确认；
5. 量产零件APQP 管理，OTS 文件追踪，PPAP的文件批准及现场审核；
6. 对厂内不良品处理的时效进行追踪与确认；
7. 第三方分检的工作管理；
8. 应对客户审核或体系审核；
9. Bottom3厂商的会谈与整改确认；
10. 月/年度供应商绩效的评定及确认年度供应商审核计划；
11. 合格分供方清单的维护；
12. 规划质量协议的签署；
13. 几个关键供应商的质量控制；
14. 员工的考核、培训及经理交办的临时工作任务。
