任职要求：
1.熟悉各类电气和机械设备；
2.3年以上注塑机维修经验，了解注塑工艺，熟悉液压系统；
3.熟悉TPM；
4.会CAD制图；
5.热爱本职工作，能吃苦耐劳能加班；
6.有汽车行业背景佳。
岗位职责：
1. 主要负责注塑机及辅机的维修和保养；
2. 带领技术员制定及执行PM；
3.持续改进设备缺陷，提高设备稳定性；
4.有效控制备件库存，降低维修费用；
5.快速有效执行上级指令。
