工作要求Job Requirements

1.1 资深汽车行业注塑从业者，外观件注塑经验不少于三年；管理岗位从业经验不少于二年。

1.2 熟悉ABS+PC,PA6+30%GF,POM,PBT等常用注塑材料性能，对BASF、DSM特定材料性能熟悉者优先。

1.3 熟悉进口注塑设备的工艺调试和设备保养，对Wittmann, Demag, Sumitomo机器具有深刻了解者优先。

1.4 熟悉注塑行业附属设备，如移栽机器人、氮气增压机、冰水机，并具备产能测算专业知识。

1.5 具备一定注塑理论知识，如mold flow, short shooting, 模具设计方面知识，如冷却系统、热流道系统、浇道设计。

岗位职责Job Responsibility

2.1 负责注塑车间日常生产管理，含人员绩效、质量水平和准时交付业绩的管理；

2.2 负责OEE三个方面的持续提升；

2.3 不断挖掘材料VAVE机会，提升材料使用率及总和收益比；

2.4 对内外部客户提出的质量问题，以高效的方式组织资源采取行动；

2.5 建立和支持标准化作业;

2.6 推行和完善实施SMED、标准工艺核查（受控文件和参数核查）以及完美的5S标准；

2.6 按照公司规定的要求有效执行TPM;
