Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery engineering, industrial engineering, or other relevant subjects
• 2 years experience in sales or sales support position preferable
• Excellent communicator: Communicative, listening, presentation, and writing skills
• High analytical skills, ability to identify and rate risks and opportunities, strategic thinker
• Self motivating, resilient, high frustration tolerance
• Keen to pursue business opportunities
• Thrives under pressure, results oriented, organised
• Sound technical background with the ability to understand basic mechanical and electrical/ electronic functions
• Good command of English to effectively communicate with HQ
• Smart business sense to customer’s true intention
• Keen to pursue business opportunities
• Ability to lead by example without formal authority
• Willingness for international travel

Responsibility:

• Daily RFQ handling for subsidiaries
• Type selection according to customer’s technical requirement
• Understanding market segmentation base on industries
• Technical clarification with customer and Geramny
• Work closely with PDT and PHT on project
• Implement the company’s product strategy
• Competition analysis and countermeasure making
• Technical support to local sales
• Involve in sales strategy and pricing making
• Monthly report and analysis for the business
• On site support and service
• Support the local sales organisation and being responsible for the Marketing Mix:

- PRODUCT- define the local product portfolio

- PLACE- define then sales and distribution policy for the products sold

- PRICE- define local price level and discount policy

- PROMOTION- promote products internally and externally and drive local campaigns

• provide forecast on individual products and initiate/ drive improvement actions with a local marketing plan
• Define typical target customers and typical target applications in the local market
• Support the local sales organisation with product trainings and trainings on the use of all sales and promotion material (literature, flyer, samples etc.) during internal meetings
• Support local sales during customer visits when approaching new segments or strategic accounts
• Clear sample deliveries/ special pricing
• Provide SWOT-Analysis of offerings and organisation compared to local market conditions
• Other tasks that the boss assigned
