Job Purpose 工作目标

- Disney English Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing a strong team of Course Consultants who proactively manage relationships with potential and existing Disney English parents to achieve sales and renewal targets.

- Works closely with CM, LLD and OS to deliver integrated Disney English Experience.
- Conducts regularly scheduled daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the Course Consultant team to review KPI performance and develop actions plans.
- Work with the Center Manager to establish monthly Course Consultant sales targets.
- Ensure Course Consultants understand their individual targets and the center quarterly targets.
- Monitor Course Consultant understanding and adherence to sales process, tools and KPIs.

- Hire, onboard and provide ongoing development of Course Consultants to deliver the Disney English Working Experience.
- Provide daily coaching and performance management to Course Consultants.
- Create a safe, healthy and happy work environment for their team.
- Ensure all center Cast members understand and follow Disney English policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
- To build the skillful and high committed team
- Ensure to bring fantastic Disney English experience customer

- Support Center Manager to conduct regular safety and security training and drills, ensuring all Cast members understand and are able to execute their center’s Emergency Response Plans.
- Report any safety or security-related incidences in an accurate and timely manner through the appropriate channels.

- Monitor and manage adherence and compliance to all sales standards pricing policies.

Job Qualifications 职位要求
? A passion for working with children and their parents / caregivers.
? 5 years minimum sales experience;2 years minimum sales management experience in fast paced service oriented sales team
? Experience managing sales in a children's English Language center or similar educational service business highly preferred
? Experience working in an international company is a plus
? Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a large staff group
? Work well independently and in a team.
? Have high personal integrity and credibility.
? College degree or above required.
? Fluent spoken English.
? High level personal integrity and credibility.
? Flexible to work evenings and weekends
