Requirement:

? Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery engineering, industrial engineering, or other relevant subjects
? 2 years experience in direct sales, KA, or sales related position preferable
? Outgoing personality
? Excellent communicator: Communicative, listening, presentation, and writing skills
? High analytical skills, ability to identify and rate risks and opportunities, strategic thinker
? Self motivating, resilient, high frustration tolerance
? Keen to pursue business opportunities
? Thrives under pressure, results oriented, organised
? Sound technical background with the ability to understand basic mechanical and electrical/ electronic functions
? Good command of English to effectively communicate with HQ
? Smart business sense to customer's true intention
? Excellent negotiation skills


Responsibility:

? Daily RFQ handling for Key Account
? Type selection according to customer's technical requirement
? Technical clarification with Geramny
? Frame contract making and update
? CRM
? Regular visit KA and business review
? Strategic cooperation with KA especially for project
? Implement the company's sales strategy and price strategy
? Competitor analysis and countermeasure making
? Coordinating to logistic and quality dept for delivery time and quality issues
? Customer complaint handling or co-handling with relevant dept.
? Monthly report and forecast
? On site service to the end customer together with our direct customer
? Other tasks that the boss assigned
