Qualification Requirement:
1.2+ years experience in working as people manager or group leader;
2.5+ years experience in mechanical design/development of high volume consumer electronic products;
3.Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
4.Good knowledge of plastic, tooling, injection molding, assembly process and cosmetic finishes;
5.Good at Pro/E surfacing and assembly skills;
6.Skill in Problem Solving;
7.FMEA;
8.Tolerance analysis;
9.Statistical analysis;
10.CAE as a plus;
11.Taking initiative in job;
12.Creative and self-motivated;
13.Good command of English writing and speaking, and ability to make file for presentation.
Background:
14.Experience in mouse, keyboard, computer, camera, cell phone and related consumer electronic products;
15.Experience in injection molded plastic industry;

Key Responsibilities:
1.Leader of OEM ME group to lead and monitor ME engineers to develop new product with performance, quality, cost, and schedule commitments for OEM customers;
2.Functional management of ME group and be responsible for resource allocation, tasks prioritization, budget planning and control, performance review, coaching for individual career development, and driving team value proposition;
3.Ensure robust product design quality through ME design process, reviews, qualification and controls;
4.Ensure consistent use of design concepts, tools, test plan and development processes, and drive use of best practices in module design;
5.Reinforce design guideline and discipline and perform cross functional and cross site training/coaching, design review, workshop and lesson learned sharing;
6.Partner with Manufacturing teams/Suppliers to ensure our designs are optimized for mass production;
7.Assist engineers to resolve ME issues/challenges and ensure lesson learned sharing among ME engineers;
8.Partner and collaborate with other functions in worldwide to achieve seamless product development;
9.Drive the development quality of plastic tooling and molding vendors;
