职位描述：

1. 负责每天定期召开晨会，进行制度规范、公告、周会…等相关重要事情的倡导；
2. 负责苏州厂乳化间所有人员的管理、招募、工作分配、岗位培训、车间安全事项倡导、车间5S管理、制度规范的倡导、执行与审查以及依据生产计划进行人员分配…等相关乳化间管理工作；
3. 负责落实与审查乳化间环境卫生区域的清洁工作；
4. 负责完善苏州厂乳化间所有固定资产的管理工作；
5. 负责完善与落实乳化间所有员工依据”生产设备SOP操作流程规范”进行设备的操作与日常维护保养；若有机器异常，立即通知设备部与生产主管，并协助设备部进行维修；
6. 负责完善、落实与审核乳化间所有员工是否依据”ISO文件规范”与”生产标准书的生产工艺”进行生产操作，确保相关生产纪录填写的准确性；若有生产异常，立即通知生化研究中心与生产主管，并协助生化研究中心进行返工；
7. 负责完善与落实新品中试与大试生产相关工作，评估新品生产工艺可操作性，以确保后续生产顺畅；若发现异常，因实时与生化研究中心负责人以及生产主管商讨解决方案；
8. 依据标准作业流程规范，负责完善水处理设备的日常保养、定期清洗、水指标测试…等相关工作；
9. 依据”储料间操作流程规范”，负责完善与落实储料间料桶储放操作，以及相关表报的填写；
10. 负责定期对乳化间人员进行培训工作，建立人才梯队；
11. 所有异常，必须即时汇报生产主管与厂务主管，进行讨论与解决。

岗位要求：

1、三年以上乳化生产经验，熟悉5S现场管理
2、懂化妆品工艺流程。
3、5S现场管理，组织员工按照SOP操作。
4、诚实稳重，具有创新精神。
