Requirements:

1.Engineer with testing and mechanical engineering experience,
2.Measurement technology, mechanical machining, injection molding, SAP, MS office,
3.>5years related working experience,
4.Chinese and English, other language (e.g. Japanese) appreciated,
5.Self engaged, possibility to lead sub-ordinates



Responsibilities:

1.Establishment and development of test equipment and test procedures
a.Coordination of equipement development with headquarter
b.Cooperative design of testing equipment, procurement and supervision of construction
c.Establish testing procedures and discussion of testing specifications
2.Set-up of tests, testing and evaluation
a.Internal testing
i.Coordination of testing with headquarter
ii.Develop and organize testing acc. to priority.
iii.Define means, conditions and modes of measurement
iv.Plan investigations, single tests and testing sequences at parts, assemblies, products and materials acc. to technical and economic considerations.
v.Plan the testing equipment set-up.
Adopt existing testing equipment to fit the given task.
Incoming inspection and preparation of the test specimens.
vi.Supervise test execution and reporting
vii.Analysis and critical evaluation of test results and advise on improvements
b.External testing activities
i.Evaluate external testing capabilities
ii.Coordinate and communicate testing requirements
iii.Analysis and critical evaluation of test results and advise on improvements
c.Test and validation at customer side
i.Support on establishment of testing set-up
ii.Assist at test conduction if needed
iii.Communicate results and discuss improvements
iv.Failure analysis
v.Analysis and critical evaluation of test results and advise on improvements
3.Prototyping
a.Processing of prototype orders: Coordination with engineering, project management, sales - planing, scheduling, supervising
b.Capacity planning,material disposition and prototype stock
c.Detailing of working orders
d.Coordination of internal and external suppliers, development of external suppliers
