职位描述
岗位职责：
按照领班要求认真做好桌椅、餐厅卫生，餐厅铺台，准备好各种用品，确保正常营业使用；
接待顾客主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到，使顾客有宾至如归之感；
运用礼貌语言，为客人提供最佳服务；
善于向顾客介绍和推销本餐厅饮品及特色菜点；
配合领班工作，服从领班或以上领导指挥，团结及善于帮助同事工作；
积极参加培训，不断提高服务技能。
任职资格：
年龄16-28岁，身体健康，愿意在餐饮行业长期发展者更佳
品行端正，能吃苦耐劳，初中以上文化程度。
工资待遇：
3k-5k+季度业绩奖金+季度绩效奖金+年终奖（后厨工作另有补贴），缴纳社保
其他福利：
员工工作餐，员工折扣价等福利
晋升机制：
服务员→训练员→门店管理组
