岗位职责
1、 快递的收发与登记；
2、登记、 安排公司车辆使用；
3、 负责统计、订购相关办公用品；
4、 制作所有使用快递的对账清单并提交付款申请；
5、 每日考勤汇总及月度考勤汇总；
6、 机票、酒店预订、 水果、果篮、日常饮用水预订；
7、 领导安排的其他行政类工作；

职位要求
1、 大专以上学历
2、 能熟练运用英语者优先考虑；
3、 工作细致、耐心，具备较强沟通力，能承受压力，具备良好的责任心和主动性；
4、 熟练使用Office等软件
5、 应届优秀毕业生也可考虑
