2.At least 3 years test development experience to include both hardware and software design，be familiar with the SCM 有三年以上硬件及软件设计，测试研发的工作经验,精通单片机.

职责描述：

1.Ensure that all production test equipments(fixtures) are ready for mass production 确保所有测试设备运行.
2.Manage the set up and preparation of all production test equipments in readiness for planned production use so that there is no production delay 按照生产需要，负责准备所有产品测试设备.
3.Provide production test equipment breakdown repair on time 保证及时维修测试设备.
4.Update the test equipments according to the ECO 根据ECO更新测试设备.
5.Train Test&FA technicians to use the test equipments according to test documents 培训技术员使用测试设备.
6.Failure analysis on products and feedback to related departments/engineers on time 产品的失效分析，并及时反馈.
7.Create FA reports and make sure its accuracy 建立FA报告，确保准确.

8.Communicate with Customers about RF by English. 用英语与客户沟通有关RF知识
