1.College Level or above with Engineering Background
2.At least 3 years hands-on/technical experience on Wave Soldering / Handsoldering Process in an Electronics assembly industry, preferably in EMS industry
3.Good English Communication skill
4.Good coordination capability, creativeness and an optimist
5.Knowledge of SMT/HMD process
6.Strong logical & analytical thinking, systematic way of working under pressure
7.Strong SPC skills and FMEA experience
8.Have experience on Lean Manufacturing and ISO Quality Systems
9.Knowledgeable in IPC Standards, J-STD-001, IPC-610, etc.
10.Excellent ability to influence others
11.High self motivation and energy level

职责描述：

1.Responsible for assisting Process Engineer in Process activities such as Failure Analysis and Process yield Improvements.
2.Assist Process Engineer in communicating process changes to operators.
3.Assist Process Engineer in data gathering for Engineering Evaluations and Experiments.
4.Responsible for sustaining the Process during shifts.
5.Make sure that Process Improvement actions are sustained in his/her shift
6.Work together with Equipment group for improving and sustaining Process Yields
7.Assist Process Engineers in creating, revising Process documents such as WI, FMEA, Contol Plan, etc…
