任职要求：

1.University degree in a relevant subject
2.At least 3 years hands-on experience on Product Management preferably in the electronics assembly industry. Experience in an EMS industry will be an advantage
3.Strong Knowledge in SMT and HMD process is a must. Knowledge in quotation will be an advantage
4.Strong SPC skills and APQP knowledge such as Control Plan and FMEA.
5.Have experience on Lean Manufacturing and ISO Quality Systems
6.Knowledgeable in IPC Standards, J-STD-001, IPC-610, Design of Experiment, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
7.Good written and oral English



职位职责：1.Coordinate and track all Technical activities for a designated customer, spearhead all technical discussions to meet the requirement from customer.
2.Handles the ECO implementation related to the product in Mass Production Phase.
3.Interface with Customer and Program Managers in terms of Technical information to ensure Products will be produced according to Customer requirements.
4.Get product related information from customer.
5.Ensure all Handled Products and Process’ documents are complete and updated such as FMEA, Control Plan, WI. Assembly drawing, etc.
6.Work with Designlink group for acquiring approved Designs and Parts.
7.Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures, included but not limited to safety, security, and ESD.
8.Perform all other related duties as assigned.
9.Actively promote the companies quality management philosophy.
10.Other tasks assigned by direct report manager
