Job objective

The position has an overall responsibility for providing supports for sales/service team. This position is also responsible for daily administration and office management.

Key responsibilities:

1. Service coordination

2. Spare parts stock control and stock take

3. Reconcile engineer worksheet and timesheet

4. Book service engineer expense to work order

5. Take customer service line phone call

6. Make quotation for spare parts, consumables and accessories

7. Manage account receivable for all service related invoices

8. Organize invoice for all service related order

9. Service contract management

10. Update CRM system

11. Assist with preparing tender document for sales team

12. Sales supports and making activities, such as brochures, exhibitions, etc.

13. Process order for equipment sales

14. Manage project folder

15. Pipeline management in CRM system

16. Fill in customer complaint form

17. Daily administrative work/daily office management work

18. Other works required by the manager

Qualification

- College Diploma

- 2+ working experiences in an assistant role, preferably with MNC company experiences

- Good at WORD, EXCEL and PPT

- Conscientious, responsible and initiative

- Easy-going, good communicative skill.

- Fluent in Mandarin and English
