This role is based in Tianjin, who will report to WMS Application Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

? support future change requests
? as focal contact point of WCS team to establish smooth, collaborative and proactive working relationship with MHE Supervisor and Ops team
? work together with MHE Supervisor to keep close monitoring on Vanderlande’s issue resolution timeline
? as expertise of WCS team to act as door keeper to ensure WCS patch provided by Vanderlande is in line with our requirement / expectation
? lead all WCS related Unit, and Integration testing
? provide on-going support to all the regional facilities where MHE/WCS is utilized
? assist all existing facilities with any/all MHE related enhancements/changes
? provides MHE/WCS troubleshooting expertise for all existing facilities where MHE is utilized
? effectively communicates service request status and actions taken towards problem resolution to a diverse audience of differing levels of technical competence
? acquires and maintains expertise on current industry product offerings and its operating platforms as it relates to WCS and MHE




Key Requirements:

? knowledge of current WCS/MHE applications/infrastructures and how they integrate with other business segments
? ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the business
? four to six years’ experience with WCS/MHE technologies and other related technologies
? ability to challenge and propose alternative solutions
? be able to examine issues both strategically and analytically
? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
