岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or engineering.
2. At least 5 years engineering experiences and skills.
3. Be experienced in production and process managements.
4. Good at industry layout plan, machine specification setup, machine installation and commissioning etc.
5. Preferred to have knowledge of powder handling equipment and machine.
6. Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
7. Proven communication skills especially with vendors and internal departments.

职位描述：

1. Source machines and utilities equipment, and get all installed and commissioned successfully.
2. Be in charge of maintenance , engineering improvement and operation afterwards.
3. Support EHS department obtain authority permits/licenses.
4. Ensure the operates in line with the local regulations, adheres to Ferro cardinal rules of safety, emergency response, and security procedures. Operate and lead safely in legal, ethical, and credible ways.
5. Assure all manufacturing activities are in line with business goals and objectives – short, medium, and long term profitable growth of the company.
6. Responsible for the operation in proper and safe condition, environmental compliance, administering programs to safeguard personnel and promote good housekeeping.
7. Manage overall kellog manufacturing activities for production to ensure efficient production schedules, economic operating efficiencies, process capabilities and help build up as well as maintain quality system
8. Manufacturing cost is consistent with budget and controlled through people and process variance reduction, standardization, and upskilling. Cost optimization is achieved from solid and sustainable grounds. Religiously pursue of continuous cost reduction.
9. Coordinate with local management team to develop motivation and recognition program.
10. Develop and implement annual budget, quality program and productivity improvement program consistent with the business strategies to support long term profit growth.
