ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for raw material, in process and end of lot product testing and quality control.

2. Promptly report test outcomes to other personnel and liaise on improvement opportunities.

3. Responsible to update NWA Software data base as testing is performed.

4. Laboratory work in support of QC.

5. Train additional technician(s) and operator(s) in the various test methods used in support of QC.

6. Preserve and manage the reference product samples in proper way.

7. Comply with and implement Ferro's EHS management system and local EHS laws and regulations in the QC area.

8. Other tasks assigned by QC Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Familiar with lab equipment.

2. Self motivated, highly energetic and works well under pressure.

3. An effective team member.

4. Well developed communication skills.

5. Associate Degree or above in chemistry/materials (inorganic) is preferred.

6. 3~5 years experience in quality function in chemistry/materials (inorganic).
