Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, English, international trading or equivalent
3-5 years of business experience in customer service area or dealing with customer.
Familiar with ERP system.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite especially Excel/ Power Point).
Both oral & written English skills, CET 4 or above
Responsibility:
Responsible for customer related services: quotes, customer inquiry and customer PO management, delivery arrangement, invoice billing for intra-divisional, domestic, and international customers.
Be internal & external coordinator, responsible for communications and transactions with internal (sales, marketing, operations, credit, over-seas facilities and sale offices) to meet high customer satisfaction.
Responsible for customer complaint process and ensure timely responses to customers and provide monthly summary report to CS team.
