Main responsibility:

1. Assist HR Supervisor for training policy/procedure define and training system set up.

2. Follow up Training procedure and QMS & EMS requirements on training.

3.Consolidate and analysis training needs based on business development requirements, law/regulation requirements and customer requirements.

4. Annual training plan and training budget preparation based on overall requirements/needs input.

5. Training plan implementation after got approval.

6. Training effectiveness evaluation and tracking.
7. Be responsible for orientation training for all new employees.
8. Be responsible for training file/ record maintenance.
9. Prepare monthly training report and annual training analysis report.
10.Coordinate training subject internally and cooperate with consultant externally.
11. Training cost control within the annual budget.
12.Participate audit on training process by internal auditor or customer or consultant.
13.Assist HR supervisor on employee skill / competency development planning.
14.Other duties assigned by supervisor/mgr.

5. Able to work independently with minimum direction.

6. Computer knowledge and operate

Education & Experience:

1. College degree or above and majored in Human Resource or related business Management.

2. At least 3 years related working experience in Human Resource. Training & development experience preferred.
