职位描述
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Answer and relay telephone calls; maintain and distribute internal phone; resolve routine inquiries; list.; handle local and overseas courier and postage; manage visitors;
2. Order stationery, sanitary, drinks, tissue, newspaper and other required supplies to make sure office running in good order.
3. Monitor the performance of service providers in order to provide clean and safe working environment for
employees. Manage canteen service and ensure good food quality.
4. Engage in a patrol of the security using condition of the office as well as the public facilities, such as workshop, the meeting room, the visitor room and other relevant appliances.
5. Responsible for the safety of the company's circumstance, including fire control and supervision of the industry safety.
6. Prepare Admin monthly reports including office space status, data maintenance and cost tracking.
7. Cooperate and arrange the various activities of the company.
8. Support HR related work such as interview arrangement, training support, and attendance coordination.
9. Other works assigned by manager.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Minimum College degree with major in office admin., secretary or equivalent.
Experience:
1.Minimum 3 year related experience, preferred in multinational company
2.Good Chinese & English language skills both in spoken & written.
3.Familiar with MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
