BASIC FUNCTION
Planning, developing, implementing Test Systems for infotainment systems, audio amplifiers, radios, and associated components.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1.Analyze and derive test requirements, test specification
a)Based on product specifications, the test requirements are analyzed and the components/the systems to be tested are derived.
b)Be involved in the early product development stages in order to ensure test feasibility(DFT).
c)Work with Hardware and Software Design Teams to develop a test specification.

2.Support acoustic test system in Pilot Factory.
a)Deliver test parameter for new product to production line.
b)Test program update and new fixture design.
c)Document the test system.

3.Launch
a)Conduct detailed test programming using appropriate script languages.
b)Test and optimize all hardware and programs prior to launch.
c)Monitor implementation during launch using statistical techniques in order to ensure that a capable process is handed over to production.
d)knowledge transfer about all aspects of test system to local factory engineers and technicians.

4.Work with other AME test engineer globally on problem solving, standardization.

OTHER DUTIES
Completes other related duties as assigned by the manager.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year University.

Required Experience:
1.Five or more years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Experience in launching new products, be familiar with new project development procedure.
3.Advanced level on test develop related SW tools (LabView/CVI,TestStand, C#...).
4.Be faimiliar with acoustic test system, audio analyzer.
5.Faimiliar with Soundcheck system is plus.
6.Ability to solve complex problems involved in multiple projects.
7.Skilled in English written and oral communications, and team work.
