职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Define, implement and execute group sales strategy
2. Initiating and leading sales for the responsible accounts. Managing sales activities to achieve sales and financial targets
3. Build up excellent relations with customer network. Maintain and develop the customer base and acquire new ones. Continue improvement plan with key customers.
4. Responsible for pricing, costing, sales budgeting and customer terms and conditions
5. Be aware of market trends, new products, service requirements and cost reduction possibilities.
6. Achieve high level of motivation, continuously increase knowledge level to achieve best results
7. Co-operate with WESCO North America sales organizations. Improve co-operation with WESCO sister companies.
8. Develop industrial OEM, multinational customers in the region
9. Increase image and brand awareness of WESCO among top multinationals in China.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, master degree will be a plus
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in multinational company
3. In-depth knowledge of low voltage electrical product market, including product, clients, buyers, suppliers and distribution channels, familiar with international brand products, such as Eaton, ABB, Siemens, Schneider, etc
4. Electrical product distribution experience is preferred
5. Comprehensive knowledge of sales management techniques, bidding processes, commercial and negotiation skills
6. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
7. Have ability to team work, solve problems and be flexible in thinking.
8. Sales and goal-oriented. Rational, consistent and high levels of integrity.
9. Engaged, passionate and open for a long term commitment
10. Understanding the big picture but also having a detail and hands-on approach in order to achieve company goals.
