Requirement:

- 0- 3 years of related work experience, water purification device experience preferred
- Must have experiences with Engineering CAD software such as Solid Works
- Knowledge of lean, six sigma, kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives desired. Green Belt preferred.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, fabrication, etc.
- Familiar with project management terms and concepts, demonstrate ability to work multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively and frequently (oral and written)
- Able to prioritize tasks and execute tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, VB expertise would be a plus
- Experiences in design, product validation testing, and root cause problem solving (mechanical and

electromechanical designs)
- Strong understanding of document control and experience with paper and electronic document control systems. (DCN, ECN, ECO, etc.)
- Good written and verbal English communication skill and presentation skill.

Responsibility:

- Ensure product BOM accuracy for existing in production produces, work with manufacturing engineering to

implement global and local ECN in the plant, support on new product production trial run.
- Support sustaining engineering efforts, in close team work with the Supplier and Manufacturing

Engineering groups, by the timely disposition of non-conforming material and resolve production issues with internal and external manufacturing partners
- Address field complaints by determining root cause and implement corrective actions under direction of

senior staff
- Work with internal and external manufacturing partners to ensure producible designs (DFM)
- Contribute to test methods and conduct characterization and engineering pre-verification testing
- Analysis of samples/problems from product field returns. Recommend changes/modifications to

resolve the issues.
- Build prototypes or test fixtures to test design changes
- Responsible for the creation of documentation for design changes/modifications and the associated cost

analysis for the design change.
- Meets all project milestones and deadlines and manages reporting documentation
- Able to work within a team atmosphere alongside other department personnel as necessary to solve problems
