Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily production management in Tenneco Suzhou plant.

1.To be responsible for daily production management, including quality and quantity of production to meet customer requirement, especially for on-time delivery.
2.Monitor implementation of standard operation and company rules for employee.
3. Production site management, creating safe and cleaning environment for employees.
4. Process control and scrap rate or failure cost reduction,
5.Production data collection, such as daily output, scrap rate, SPC, etc
6. Drive cost reduction initiatives to achieve business goals.
7. Employee management-employee motivation and monthly and yearly employee performance evaluation.
8. Operators' recruitment and training, including operation skills training and safety knowledge.
9.Ensure all operators and staff on production line are properly trained.
10.Ensure that equipment and methods are used to assure that quality and quantity meet company and customer standards and specifications.
11. Improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
12. Work with other departments to make out weekly production planning.
13. To report any exceptional case from production line promptly to Production Manager and take corrective action.
14.Work with quality engineer to set up production quality system, such as production procedure, first sample and last sample check and its record, boundary sample, identification and traceability of product, on-line measurement instrument calibration record, etc.
15.Implement and develop continuous improvement action.
16. Implement 5S, Kanban, visual management, BOS chart and lean production.

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years working experience and 2 years in Production Management function.
2. College or above, major in Mechanical, or Mechanical-Electrical or other engineering background.
3. Knowledge of TS 16949, 5S ,Six sigma, Lean manufacturing.
4. Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing.
5. Strong quality consciousness and responsibility.
6. Good team management experience, communication skills.
