Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
-5 years work experience at Management level
-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt
-Project Management experience
-Hands on experience on quality tools; JMP, Minitab for data analysis.
-Ability to work independently and good communication skills to interface with senior management
-Exposure to change management, strategy & planning, stakeholder management
-Good Business Acumen, Analytical Skills, Coaching and Counseling skills
-Lateral thinker, with ability to instigate and manage change and analytical ability to recognize areas of improvement.
-Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and make effective decisions on a wide range of issues.
Job Description:
-Responsible for all Lean Six Sigma projects and events
-Subject matter expert for Lean Six Sigma
-Work closely with process owners and users on the processes and propose for improvement (reduce risk, reduce cost, improve efficiency etc.)
-Responsible for systematic reduction in process inefficiency and improvement in overall Quality through a structured project delivery model.
-To identify Business related projects/opportunities and evaluate them with stakeholders
-Lead Six Sigma and Lean initiatives & undertake Strategic Projects and initiatives to meet and exceed stakeholders Expectations
-Responsible for the implementation of assigned projects and initiatives using all relevant project management tools.
-To provide factual information and reporting support required to guide process improvement as part of operational and financial activities.
-Solution design with a focus on elimination of redundant work, automation, standardization and best practices definition
-Optimizing existing business and implementing tangible business improvement benefits and realization & tracking thereof
-Change management using standard methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean etc.)
-Documenting key achievements, problem solving and performance maximizing approaches.
-Explore synergies with technology and operations teams
-Monitor systems and provide ongoing feedback for continuous improvements to the service delivery standards.
-Draw up SOPs with flow charts.
-Provide coaching and training in lean thinking with clear verbal and written communication with team members, all levels of management
