岗位职责：
Job responsibilities
1、协助总经理制定销售战略，根据公司年度经营目标制定销售计划；
Assist general manager in developing sales strategy, according to the company's annual business objectives to make sales plan;
2、带领团队完成公司年度营销目标以及其他任务；
Lead the team to complete the annual sales targets and other assignments;
3、出色的人际交往能力，销售渠道开拓，建立和维护良好的客户关系;
Excellent interpersonal skills, develop sales channels, to establish and maintain good customer relationship;
4、协调企业内外部关系，对市场营销战略计划的执行进行监督和控制；
The coordination of internal and external business relations, the marketing strategy to monitor the implementation of the plan and control;
5、销售队伍的建设与培养;
Sales team construction and training;
6、具有案值在200万以上项目销售经验和谈判能力；
With more than RMB2000000 experience in project sales and negotiation skills;

* 任职要求：
Job requirements:
1、30岁以上，五官端正，阳光，独立，果断；能吃苦耐劳；
Over 30 years of age, facial features is regular, sunshine, independent, decisive; can hard-working;
2、市场营销、国际贸易、工业设计或相关专业本科以上学历；
Marketing, international trade, industrial design or related undergraduate degree or above;
3、五年以上工程类或建材类行业B to B销售经验（有家具或地毯行业销售经验尤佳）。
Over five years engineering or building materials industry sales experience (B to B furniture or carpet industry sales experience is preferred).
4、英语笔试四级以上，口语可熟练对话；
English level four or above, can skilled spoken dialogue;
