? To prepare the planning for the electrical part with the supplier, within the general project planning, and in accordance to the guidelines set up by the Electrical Manager in the Headquarter and by the Site Manager
? To evaluate the technical match of the supplier's offers in accordance with the Electrical Manager in the HQ and the Site Manager
? To participate to technical meetings with the Customer and to report to the Electrical Manager in the HQ for definition of engineering solutions
? To coordinate the activities of suppliers in all project phases: engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning/start-up
? To establish and maintain the communication and information flow between local suppliers and Electrical Engineering in HQ
? To follow the development of activities joined to the assembly and start up of the process and conveyor
? To share with the Site Manager the planning of site assembly phases and formalities and with the Commissioning Manager the start up of the plant
? To verify the respect of the site safety (for the plant part of his competence) and to inform the Site Manager ? To manage procedures and site documentation
? To organize the arrival sequence of material on site for the part of his competence in agreement with the project planning and with the Site Manager instructions
? To indicate forgotten or lacking material to purchase (writing site RDA - NC)
? To effect inspections to suppliers in order to verify the construction and purchasing situation
? To verify the quality and the correspondence of supplies compared to specifications
? To follow in an operative way and to coordinate the suppliers assigned from the Electrical Manager and from the Site Manager
? To report to the Site Manager about the assembly activities and to the Commissioning Manager about the start-up phase
? To complete SAL for orders of his competence
? To organize and to executive in an operative way inner and/or Client Punch-List.
