Job description:

Design control systems - from architecture to component level
Develop software for automotive embedded control system
Create automotive components simulation models in MatLab
Create vehicle power train simulation models
Create Front End Accessory Drive simulation models
Run performance analysis for fuel economy optimization
Design vehicle tests to determine model correlation
Monitor new technologies in electronics industry, and their applicability to automotive systems
Design, research, specify and source electrical components and control systems as required for product development
Coordinate all activities as required to implement electronic products to production
Other responsibilities: As assigned by management

Fluent command in English, written and spoken
Graduate Engineer specializing in physics, electronics and/or electromechanical control systems
2-6 years post graduate experience
Good knowledge of MatLab and other simulation tools
Knowledge of programming languages (C/C++, Basic)
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of vehicle control systems
Familiarity with fuel economy and emission aspects of modern vehicles
Experience with testing and data acquisition
Knowledge of electronic test equipment and measurement techniques
Specific experience related to vehicle electrical and software integration
Ability to manage concurrent projects.
