Job Description:

1. Diploma or above in Computer. Additional technical coursework in computer operations is highly desirable.
2. Minimum 2 -3 year(s) related working experience.
3. Knowledge of Cisco Products ( Cisco switch, Router, Firewall ) setup and installation.
4. Knowledge of server setup , installation and maintenance
5. Knowledge of Microsoft products (ex. AD, Exchange, Proxy, WSUS etc)
6. Have experience in a manufacturing environment.
7. Ability to communicate verbally in English will be an added advantage.

Job Requirement:
1. Maintenance of front-end Wintel server, email application and all network related systems.

2. Plan and implement network cabling points and communication equipment requirements.

3. Provide user support on internet, FTP and email usage.

4. Monitor network and server

5. Train user on PC office software packages

6. Monitor of security procedure and practices

7. Assist with the investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.

8. Assist network engineer on network on networking support, new system upgrade and setup

9. Assist with the testing and implementing of security plans, product and control mechanism.

10. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
