Responsibility:

1. Technical support for distributors and customers on overall products, such as product selection, solution and application, etc.;
2. Responsible for the technical communication with customers during the pre-sales, production, after-sales, and guide the product use on-site if necessary;
3. Ensure the service level to customers are satisfied such as increase customer satisfaction level, and reduce time of response of technical requests or complaints from customers;
4. Make Product presentation and training for customer and sales staff to improve product knowledge;
5. Develop potential projects together with Branch Sales Manager, such as through cooperation with the design institute, etc.;
6. Assist Sales Engineer in sales promotion by offering technical support and customers visiting;
7. Support Project Team in project bidding with preparing correct and on time project documents, record the project procedure and present success story;
8. Give technical advice to customers on solution and recommendation on products;
9. Get the technical training and effectively transfer to sales staff and customers;
10. Make weekly customers visiting report to keep good relationship with customers;
11. Always conduct oneself in a personal and professional manner consistent with the guidelines of the Company Mission Statement, employee handbook regulations and all other policies;
12. Professionally manage company’s asset and control expense within budget allowance;
13. Any other tasks as requested by management.

Profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in EE/Electrical Automation or relevant area. At least 3-4 years work experience in industrial automation fields;
2. Familiar with application of electric, components or apparatus, such as, PLC or DCS, and its peripheral components;
3. Strong practical and onsite processing ability;
4. Good team work spirits and communication skills;
5. Be willing to travel and work under high pressure;
6. Good command of oral and written in Chinese and English;
7. Good IT skills; Good command on office.
