Bachelor degree or above, majored at Casting, Automotive Engi-neering or relatives.
Above 5-year working experience in the rele-vant industry.
Feasibility of parts for die casting according to customer's require-ments.
Fluent English in writing and speaking.
Feasibility of tool making.
Strong knowledge of process engineering.
Good communication skills and interpersonal character; Be willing to work under pressure and target oriented .
Exposure to European/German Business practices and culture.
3-5 years of direct with multicultural team members experience in sales operation within the automotive industry.

Estimating if the parts from customers are die castable.
planning and materializing process, controlling costs and creating improvements in die technology.
Asking for tool quotation and be in charge of tool design together with tool maker.
Drawing up project plans including work packages, time schedule, costs, deadlines and resources.
Project conclusion and presentation of project deliverables to clients.
Following up in whole project duration in term of technical matters working assignment by General Manager and Head of Marketing & Sales.
Negotiate and be responsible for monitoring and control of achievement at each stage of the project.
Assessing and expanding the potential new projects, giving techni-cal consult in die design and manufacturing for the new consumers.
Servicing and purchasing raw materials for new projects.
Giving related technical supports for production.
Project related liaison with client project teams; especially with European OEMs who have set up in China.
