Responsibility:
?Leads, coordinates, plans, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
?Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project resources according to project requirements.
?Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project, such as technical feasibility studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing, in accordance with engineering disciplines of personnel.
?Reviews design specifications for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer requirements, and other related specifications.
?Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
?Directs integration of technical activities. Coordinates with Design teams for seamless execution of project.
?Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
?Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
?Prepares interim and completion project reports. Manages project documentation in accordance with Quality system requirements (ISO9001/ISO13485)
?Familiar with Process Validation protocol for Medical devices (IQ/OQ/PQ)
?Familiar with MS-Project & Primavera tools for project management
?Familiarity with AutoCAD and 3-D drawing software.
?Perform any added task as assigned


Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Technology or Industrial Engineering.
2. 5-8 years working experience in a manufacturing environment

3.Computer literate with good knowledge on Microsoft Office applications, such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
4.Good engineering knowledge and technical foundation.Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.Knowledge in Six Sigma Methodology,ISO manufacturing and environmental standards.
5.Good verbal and written communication skills.
