KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1.Mainly focus on production output, quality and waste.
2.To be core member in the operation team, contribute problem solving in all product related area.
3.Work with production supervisor to identify, train and certify operation team to make sure resource well available.
4.Work with all functional area to treat product quality issue. Contact window of customer feedback.
5.Work with internal and external supplier to make sure production line running efficiently and economically.
6.Work with equipment engineering and line management to draft operation SOP for operators per ISO 9001/13485 requirement
7.Follow up continuous improvement action to develop Lean manufacturing in process.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1.Minimum bachelor degree in electro-mechanical or industrial engineering.
2.5~6 years experience in assembly and auto manufacturing industry; medical device manufacturing experience is preferred.
3.Hands on problem solving tool kit, well understand statistical and lean manufacturing tools.
4.Discipline integrity and self management.
5.Good project management, teamwork and communication skill
6.Preference: technical-oriented & automation operation experience is preferred.
7.Validation experience is preferred
8.Lean expert or six sigma GB is a plus.
9.Good English speaking and writing.
