任职要求Requirements
1、5年以上模具设计经验, 精通模具设计2D/3D软件（必要条件）；

2、大专或以上学历，模具设计制造、机械设计、制造或汽车相关专业 ；

3、 英语听说读写流利；

4、 熟悉TS16949，汽车产品的加工工艺及工装结构；

5、 具备模具的估价及分析能力， 熟悉国内模具的制造水平与价格水平者优先考虑。

工作职责Job Description
1、 识别和甄选模具供应商，确保新品开发得到最优化的外部资源支持；

2、 分析零部件成本和谈判价格，控制新产品实际成本在目标成本内；

3、 制定和实施新产品模具的投放计划，推进零部件的认证工作，满足新产品上市时间的要求；

4、 落实样品件、小批量试制和初始库存零件的采购工作，确保项目所需物料的准时稳定供应；

5、 负责新开发模的客户及方案审核；

6、 负责模具的改良方案及所有模具的档案跟踪与维护；

7、 与公司内部各部门的沟通、协作。
