1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
2. Above 5 years experience as Manufacture engineer or Process engineer in automotive industry.
3. Hands-on experience and good understanding of TS16949, APQP, FMEA, and continuous improvement tools.
4. Good at machinery and assembly process in automotive industry. Knowledge of molding is preferred.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Working independently and team work spirit.
7. Good command of English (written and oral)
8. Good computer skills of MS Office and AutoCAD.
