职位描述
l Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy established with German HQ together.
l Plan and direct the company's activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial and sales performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
l Work with Director of Business Administration to oversee preparation of an annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit.
l Recruit, select and develop executive & management team members.
l Boost and improve institutionalized management and incentive & restraint mechanism of workforce via management team.
l Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation China wide and keep good contact with key customers, suppliers, and local regulatory/official bodies
l Oversee the combination of Appx system and current ERP system to ensure optimum enterprise resource management.
l Oversee the whole workflow and make consistent improvement when necessary to ensure best use of recourses & inter-department collaboration.
l Report to German HQ on organizational plans and performance
