Arrange to draft the plan of technology development and revamping for all the equipments and implementation.
Responsible for the engineering projects, equipment introduction, revamp, installation and debugging, consigned production issues.
Responsible for the capital construction and energy management.
Fully responsible for the management of permanent assets, molds, tools kept in reserve and reducing of the repair fees and improving efficiency of equipment disposition.
Actively pushing forward the management of EHS &TPM.
Responsible for developing equipment technology talents team and carrying out technology trainings and technology improvement.
