Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1.Bachelors Degree in a business, technical or equivalent experience in logistics.
2.Minimum of 8 years procurement experience, with emphasis on multi-national company.
3.At least 5 years supply chain management experience.
4.Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, satisfying multiple customers.
5.Experience with Valve related industry is a plus.
6.Experience with international terms of trade and payment.
7.Experience with ISO standards and quality certification processes.
8.APICS and CPIM certification strongly suggested.
9.Experience managing managers and professionals.
10.Willing and able to coach people in the team.

1;Able to communicate well both written and orally in English and Mandarin Chinese
2;Excellent negotiation skills
3;Professional presentation skills
4;Good Interaction skills in Team environment
5;PC skills: Word, e-mail, Excel, Power Point, and Internet
