1. Analyzes Silicon Microphone problems, product rejects and coordinates the implementation of the solutions to production problems; publishing engineering and reject analysis reports, mainly working in all assembly area (DA, WB, Encapsulation).

2. Maintains prints, engineering specifications, Bill of Materials, routings, operational standards, and work instructions in assembly area.

3. Initiates, evaluates and documents trials on products.

4. Initiates and implements cost reduction ideas, product changes and redesigned products; issues appropriate specifications and coordinates special feasibility projects.

5. Assists Marketing and Quality Assurance in solving customer complaints regarding product problems.

6. Assists in the design, prototyping, and qualification of new test and production systems.

7. Provides guidance and training to new & inexperienced engineers. Performance management for subordinate.

8. Drive yield improvement team for yield improvement and MRO cost reduction.

9. Occasional travel is required to our subcontract manufacturers both locally and overseas.
