Essential Functions:
1. Supervise the equipment procurement and fit-out of the selected location
2. ensure that the facility secures and retains all the necessary permits to operate in full compliance with all local regulations
3. Supervise and manage a team to run the operation
4. Set up the production operations, including Line configurations, Quality and Test procedures, Safety and training procedures
5. Identify new products and processes to expand the role of the Wuhu location within company's supply chain
6. Consistently deliver superior results:
7. Prepare an annual operating plan and associated budget, plus supervise the reporting of monthly results
8. Coordinate with company's Shanghai-based team
