任职要求：
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Sound knowledge and experience in welding technology especially state-of-the-art welding methods/procedures as well as punching and forming technology
- At least 8 years professional experience, thereof 4 years in a leading position in the Production Division in an European, American or Chinese industrial company in the automotive, mechanical engineering or steel sectors
- Firm knowledge in the application of modern communications technology (i.e. MS Office)
- Fluent negotiating skills in business English


职位职责：
- Securing high quality and on schedule production in all areas of production
- Increasing productivity
- Support SOPs
- Independent launch of corrective action for production problems
- Presenting rationalisation possibilities and process flow improvements
- Implementation of new procedures and measures to improve processes
- Safeguarding and improvement of production by taking into account occupational health and safety, quantities, quality, costs and deadlines
- Planning and organising the optimal deployment of personnel
- Managing, motivating and advancement of employees
- Deep Knowledge in Pressing and Welding processes
- Strategic planning and setting up production in co-operation with the Management
- Support the Management in planning of investments
