1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Masters Degree in related field or equivalent work experience is required.
2. 8-10 years working experiences among which with at least 3 years demonstrated supervisory or management experience preferred.
3. Must have the ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.
Must be detail oriented; with strong analytical, organization, and problem solving skills required. Vendor certification preferred.
4. Must possess strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with all levels of users, include: IT management staff, consulting staff, office users, etc.
5. Project management skills and certification such as PMP, Prince2 is a big plus
