REQUIRED SKILLS
1. University degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering preferred
2. 4+years practical experience in a similar job with a foreign invested company or JV, at least 2+ years experience in automotive industrial.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent English is preferred
4. Good computer skills (MS Word,Excel,Power Point,Outlook)
5. Good organizational and planning skills

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Actively and efficiently assist Commercial Director to maintain and develop the automotive catalyst business in China.
2. Support Commercial Director in the area of pricing strategy making, commercial negotiation and order fulfilment to ensure all contracts are executed on Spec, on time, on cost.
3. Contract risk control and assessment for the business in China.
4. Ensures that the commercial as well as technical terms and conditions (including product specifications) are negotiated with the customer. Negotiation results are documented and the function ensures that requirements are supported properly by the AC-Organization (including the foreign subsidiaries of AC).
5. Penetrate the new customers in China and set up the business links.
6. Work with external legislative organizations to further the advancement of the marketing of our product and knowledge of market conditions and trends.
