职位描述
Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of daily facility operations and long range facility planning. Will support the business needs of Site Management while providing comfortable and progressive work environments for employees.
Responsibilities:
Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
Supervise one 100,000 square foot of office building housing approximately 1,200 employees, on a triple net, 24/7 basis.
Provide hands-on expertise and broad problem solving in the areas of facility planning, building services, shipping/receiving, and coordination of space utilization. Further areas will include monitoring of WSIB and local code compliance. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for the coordination of Security Services, Office Supplies, Reprographics, Mail/Shipping Receiving, and Janitorial Services.
Bid, coordination and supervision of facility vendors to include; General contractors, HVAC, Janitorial, Security, Business Recovery, Food Service, Movers, General Maintenance and all vendors required to maintain or service the physical and operational needs of the location.
Work with the local management teams to insure facility related issues are addressed and communicated in a timely manner.
Work with management to identify and develop departmental procedures and standards.
Establish and maintain effective tenant/landlord communications.
Miscellaneous projects as requested by management.
Requirements:
Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
Ability to be on-call 24x7.
Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices.
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
Ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development.
Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
