职位描述

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the China sales activities of the Company in China.
  • Direct the sales of all products or services of the Company and its affiliated entities on a regional basis.
  • Work with the VP of Sales to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and programs, both short and long term to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
  • Build, develop and manage a sales team capable of carrying out the necessary strategies and tactics.
  • Establish relationships with key customers and industry influencers.
  • Provide leadership and/or support to the design, development, and implementation of new products and services.
  • Evaluate and recommend distribution channel partners and programs.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop engagement plan for all target customer leads.
  • Grow the sales funnel through aggressive pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate business deals with customers.
  • Produce various sales reports and collateral – sales forecasts, account strategies/plans, funnel updates, trip reports, etc.
  • Help customers implement Intematix product solutions for general lighting and display backlighting based on customer need.
  • Collaborate extensively with sales, product marketing, engineering, customer service and manufacturing to create strategic and creative solutions for customer needs.
  • Act as the primary business interface to customers and work closely with internal team members to secure production orders from customers.
  • Drive R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to meet customer’s technical and business needs.
  • Assist with competitive analysis as needed.
  • Assist with execution of new product launches.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years Experience with selling Materials, Chemical Compounds, LED components.
  • Demonstrable history of successful revenue growth selling to leading LED package and Chip makers, semiconductor manufacturers, and electronics companies.
  • Demonstrated excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be self motivated with a passion for success.
  • Prefer someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a fast growing company.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated skills to manage a multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Must be self-motivated with a passion for success.
  • Experience and familiarity working in a Marketing and Sales Department.
  • Some travel will be required.
  • Proficiency in English required.
