Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand China phosphor / LED packaging market, key competitors
• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through technical and business approach.
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in their needs.
• Understand role of company’s phosphor products in customers’ applications

ü Products’ photo luminescent properties

ü Products’ photo luminescent compatibility with each other, and in potential applications

• Build and manage relationships with key customer contact persons
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Maintain proper knowledge of all technical work at the company
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of science degree in engineering
• Experience with phosphor materials and LED lighting
• Demonstrated aptitude of phosphor, Chemical or related sales
• Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and necessary applications (e.g. Sales Force.com SFDC)
